I don’t think people are broken.


I think they're tired. Overextended. Carrying more than they were ever taught how to hold.


I grew up in the South. Became a mom young. Built businesses the hard way. Failed publicly. Learned loudly. Kept going. Sometimes with wisdom, mostly over caffeinated. 


I care about leadership because I care about people. And I care about mental health because leadership without emotional awareness burns everyone out eventually—usually quietly, then all at once.


I’m not interested in being impressive. I’m interested in being responsible… and honest enough to make a real impact.

Mental health is just a daily invitation to know yourself better.
